It's predatory litigation - period. No one was injured, no children died, no levees broke. Lawsuits like this are only about money. Legalized bank robbing. People chose, like, bought and drove the car with zero problems. Is there 'damage$' because of the car - maybe their egos, not much else.

Yuck. Litigation nation. It's always someone else's fault. I wonder if other countries are as lawsuit crazy as the U.S.
