What happened: Mother Nature did not play nice with the Demons and Horsemen, as the teams endured two lightning delays over two days in a season-opening tie at Christian Brothers Athletic Complex.

Standouts: A tip of the hat to Horsemen goalkeeper Daniel Dominguez and Demons counterpart Ethan Earnest. Dominguez had three saves, Earnest had two.

NEW Santa Fe High head football coach Andrew Martinez joins the New Mexican sports crew to talk about the Demons' win over Taos and their 3-1 start to the season.

What’s next: St. Michael’s (0-0-1) travels to Pojoaque Valley on Monday. Santa Fe High (0-0-1) heads to Santa Fe Prep on Aug. 29.
