Q: How do I add digital access to my print subscription?

 

Are you already a 7-day subscriber or Weekend EZ-Pay subscriber?

A: The way to link to your seven day (or weekend EZ-Pay) print subscription, is to go to (www.santafenewmexican.com/subscribe) and click the link for “Free Online Access”.  It will then ask for your 10-digit phone number to link a digital subscription to your print account.  This number should be entered without any dashes, dots or spaces, just the ten numbers.  Should you have any issues linking your account or if you need to update your phone number, please call (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

If you are not a 7-day or weekend EZ-Pay subscriber:

A: Contact our Circulation department at (505) 986-3010 or circulation@sfnewmexican.com and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you to upgrade your subscription to include digital access.

 

Q: How do I Subscribe to a Print and Digital Subscription?

A: Click the blue “Subscribe” link beneath the login and welcome back area.  Scroll down to the “New Subscribers” area and click the light blue link for the online and print service that you wish to have. (7-day, Weekend or Sunday)  Fill out your payment and delivery information and then click “purchase”.  Please allow up to 48 hours for the print subscription to start but your online subscription starts immediately. Q: How do I sign up for a Digital subscription?

A: Click the blue “Subscribe” link beneath the login and welcome back area.  Scroll down to the “New Subscribers” area and click the light blue link for “Online subscription”.  Fill out your payment and delivery information and then click “purchase”.  Your online subscription starts immediately after your payment processes.  Should you have any issues or questions, please call (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: How do I sign up for a Print subscription?

A: Click the blue “Subscribe” link beneath the login and welcome back area.  Scroll down to the “New Subscribers” area and click the light blue link for “Print subscription”.  Select your delivery frequency (7-day, weekend or Sunday only) and your payment amount and click submit, then fill out your payment and delivery information and then click “purchase”.  Please allow up to 48 hours for your print subscription to start.  Should you have any issues or questions, please call (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: How do I give a gift subscription?

A: Go to www.santafenewmexican.com/subscribe and scroll to the bottom portion of the page.  Click the link for “Give a gift subscription”, fill out and submit the form.  If you have questions or problems, please call Circulation at (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: How do I schedule a vacation stop/start to my print subscription account?

A: Go to www.santafenewmexican.com/subscribe and scroll to the bottom portion of the page.  Click the link for “Vacation stop and restart of subscription”, then fill out and submit the form.  If you have questions or problems, please call Circulation at (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: How do I make an online payment for my home delivery subscription?

A: Go to www.santafenewmexican.com/subscribe and scroll to the bottom portion of the page.  Click the link for “Pay a Subscription Bill”, then fill out and submit the form.  (Please have your account number handy) If you have questions or problems, please call Circulation at (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: I am moving, how do I change my subscription address?

A: Go to www.santafenewmexican.com/subscribe and scroll to the bottom portion of the page.  Click the link for “Change of address form”, then fill out and submit the form.  If you have questions or problems, please call Circulation at (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: How can I let you know that I have experienced a problem with my home delivery service?

A: Go to www.santafenewmexican.com/subscribe and scroll to the bottom portion of the page.  Click the link for “Delivery Issues or Concerns”, then fill out and submit the form.  If you have questions or problems, please call Circulation at (505) 986-3010 or email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com. 

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your digital subscription to santafenewmexican.com at any time by calling our customer service department at (505) 986-3010 or 800-873-3372. Service will continue throughout the remainder of the current monthly billing cycle and will not be renewed for the following month. Partial month/pro-rated refunds are not available.
