A tremendous music and entertainment lineup enhances the festive ambiance of the International Folk Art Market on Museum Hill, beginning Friday evening, July 8, with Mamadou Kelly. Other acts include Santa Fe Danceworks Studio and the band Lone Piñon demonstrating traditional Mexican dances, and Quang Minh Buddhist Youth Lion Dance Team from Vietnam.

Nanibaa Beck (Diné) grew up as a “booth baby,” accompanying her parents to art markets and shows around the country. Her father, Victor, has been showing his jewelry at the SWAIA Santa Fe Indian Market for about 40 years, and her mother, Eleanor, began showing her jewelry there a few years ago.
