Lina Gonzalez-Granados is a young, award-winning Colombian conductor who was recently appointed Conducting Fellow at the Seattle Symphony. She conducts Colombian-American cellist Christine Lamprea in Music Without Borders, presented by Santa Fe Pro Musica at the Lensic Performing Arts Center (211 W. San Francisco St.). The program features Sinfonetta No. 1, In Memory of Mozart, by Heitor Villa-Lobos of Brazil, Espejos en la Arena: Four Dances for Cello and Orchestra, by Arturo Márquez of Mexico, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 in F Major, Op. 68, Pastoral.
