How about: How can the City of Santa Fe ensure that the laws of our City, including the laws dealing with the legal means of removing our monuments on City property, always are complied with regardless if the monuments upsets any one person or multiple people?

So who followed the law, I thought in both cases it was punks in the middle of the night without benefit of the law , the first when Webber ordered a crew in the middle of the night and when he encouraged people the second time to pull it down. Both case were illegal and with out the law or City Council procedure. So from what I can see the law has never been followed.

I guess it is easy to get the answers you want with loaded questions like this "How can we build healthier relationships while acknowledging our differences?" It assumes that people have difference, of course they do but they work it out as they evolve. IMO this questionnaire and the CHART process is loaded and one sided to gain a result for the founder Alan Webber. Just remember an attack on the Hispanics is an attack on the Indigenous in New Mexico.

A weak question will yield a weak response. Let's ask: What are the obstacles in building a more connected community?" Where are the opportunities to build better connections within out community? Who is being left out of the discussion? How do we find a way to include them? Can we create a community celebration for this day and age? Can we create a space for an inclusive history of the region? What would that look like? Webber's agenda doesn't really include accomplishing much besides burnishing his image, and he hasn't done very well at that. Webber won't get anywhere with this exercise, look how far he's come with the Mid-Town Campus "plan". I bet he ends up treating CHART like the Plaza, it will get messy and he will disappear.
