At the round house there should be a sign at the front doors," legislator's for sale, no immoral issue too small or too big get in early before we sell out"

As many other industries. Gas & oil, alcohol, tobacco and gaming. No news here, although the story about Mr. Rodriguez is interesing. Not bad for a Chicano to rise and succeed.

Mike Johnson

Indeed, ask El Chapo, he and this guy are in the same business.......

How do you propose to stop this? Ban all political donations? What's the difference between me donating to a legislator's election campaign, with motives you may not know, and Rodriguez doing so, with motives you can clearly guess? Is it just the amount? What would your limit be? What would your approach be? Public funding of all elections? Term limits?

Richard Reinders

Yes and yes a finite amount of money so they are equal and definitely term limits and I will add one lobbyist have to do a presentation to the entire house with no individual meetings .
