Good work, Santa Fe. Good work remaining (for the most part) sane, rational, and focused. Thank you to the NM administration for ignoring the goofy MAGAts and keeping their focus on the issues. Now: let's keep focused for a few more months. There's a light...

Amid all the back slapping and congratulations, let us not forget there is currently no path articulated by the governor to be 100% open. She will reluctantly, if ever, give up the power she has seized under the guise of "public health".

S. Ulrich

Nonsense. What do you base this on? Nor did the gov "seize" the power. She had it under the law.

Sabine Strohem

S. Ulrich: On what does he base it? Q, Gab, Parler, Couy...

LDF is a well oiled grievance machine.

Lee DiFiore

Ulrich, Strohem and Carswell, provide a link for the governor's plan to be open 100%?

Sabine Strohem

You're the one who's essentially accusing the governor of something nefarious, I'd say the onus is on you, LDF.

Lee DiFiore

It's difficult to prove something does not exist, namely the governor's plan to reopen 100%. I can't prove leprechauns don't exist either. If you can cite proof of either, I'm waiting.

New Mexico remains the best state in the country for percentage of adults who are vaccinated. And number one in percentage of vaccines received that are put into arms. It's time for all of us to congratulate the Governor and her administration for a job well done.

The job is not yet finished. But you are right: our Governor is doing an excellent job fulfilling her objectives of saving lives and not overwhelming our healthcare system. She understands that the virus has not disappeared and her strategy of accomplishing her objectives is working. Yes, businesses were financially devastated or hurt but that is better than losing increasingly more lives and over-running our healthcare system.
