I hope I am uninformed about our military involvement. If so, please publish more on their help. It would lift spirits.

I am really happy that our National Labs are involved. Thank you! Your involvement will be great!!

I wonder why our armed forces, and the NM National Guard located in NM and other places are not sending medical personnel to some of our problem places like nursing homes and community housing centers. I believe that they could provide assistance as backup, relief, transportation, training personnel or other help.

Interesting that our modeling didn't anticipate the Covid outbreak in the tribal areas, which is the obvious Hot Spot in New Mexico. But then, as we say about models, Garbage In, Garbage Out. As a retired LANL staff member, I look forward to seeing more details on the Lab involvement.

LANL is going to "design a vaccine to combat COVID-19"? Hmm. Great minds all over the world are saying the same thing, but somehow LANL employs the right mix of expertise. Not holding my breath. Connie Lopez-Lucero

"LANL not only wants to design a vaccine to combat COVID-19 but ones that can counter other coronavirus strains hiding in bats, pangolins and snakes to prevent future outbreaks . . ." Ambitious. Connie Lopez-Lucero
