Advance Auto Parts is seeking a zoning change to open its second store in Santa Fe at 6350 Airport Road at Paseo del Sol.

The property is currently zoned commercial C-1, which is more office-oriented, and the auto parts chain seeks a commercial C-2 zoning, which addresses automotive services.

The project had an Early Neighborhood Notification meeting Sept. 20, and a Santa Fe Planning Commission meeting is set for Nov. 3, said Victoria Dalton, co-owner of NM Land Solutions LLC, formerly Siebert & Associates, an urban planning consulting firm.
