The three-bedroom, 3,095-square-foot new home in Santa Fe was built specifically for the HGTV Smart Home 2023 sweepstakes. The winner gets the $2 million home and an electric Mercedes Benz.

The technology-laden HGTV Smart Home 2023 is a specially built, three-bedroom home in the Las Campanas area. And in a few months, it will belong to one lucky contest winner.

The home is the centerpiece of the HGTV Smart Home 2023 sweepstakes that started accepting entries April 18 for a home-car-cash package valued at $2.24 million. Entries at hgtv.com/sweepstakes/hgtv-smart-home will be accepted until June 9, and a random drawing will be held June 15.

The home will appear 8 p.m. Friday  on HGTV and HGTV GO.
