This special fundraiser for Kitchen Angels celebrates “two cultures, three ingredients, one amazing meal.” The wine-pairing dinner presented by Chefs Hue-Chan Karels and Dave Sellers will feature dishes using three common ingredients from Italian and Vietnamese food cultures and end with “a sweet surprise dessert that unites both cultures.” Expect gourmet takes on asparagus, noodles and sea bass.
