Isotopes beat El Paso, winning 3 straight road games

The Albuquerque Isotopes have now won three straight games over the El Paso Chihuahuas after a 2-1 win in Pacific Coast League play at Isotopes Park on Thursday night.

It was scoreless before Albuquerque right fielder Mike Baxter hit a solo home run off Blaine Boyer in the top of the seventh inning. Three batters later, catcher Miguel Olivo singled to left field to bring in center fielder Joc Pederson for a 2-0 lead.
