I am a subscriber. I've paid my $2.49 a week. But am unable to get access to the online edition. Maybe I should just drink he cup of coffee instead.

I concur with previous posters . Access to the print replica is frustrating and inconsistent. If your third party host cannot fix this, you need to find a new one.

I am surprised at the lack of comments. Am I the only one who cannot bring up today's edition??

I am amazed at Natalie's reply on Thursday. I subscribe to the online version only and it is not a "perk" for me it is what I pay for and the ongoing problems are not acceptable. I pay The New Mexican for this service and it is not appropriate for you to say that the problems are a glitch on a third party website and out of your control. It is your job to see that they fix it. That would be like me subscribing to the regular delivery service and not getting the paper a few times a week and you telling me that it was out of your control because my delivery person was unreliable. Please fix this.

We are very sorry. The problems that caused this two days in a row are completely unrelated and from two different companies. It is just bad luck that they happened back to back. We are currently looking for a different third-party vendor to host our replica of the printed paper.

when there is a glitch on their site we have no control over it.

I would like to point out that all of the content in this replica of the paper is also on our website and viewable there at all times. The website is not down and there are no problems viewing all of the content that we publish online from the print edition of the paper.

Viewing the replica of the printed paper is just one very small and extra perk included in the price of a subscription.

Thank you for alerting us that there was a problem with today's replica of the printed paper. We rely on a third party to host this 'flip-through' version of the print paper, and when there is a glitch on their site we have no control over it.

Please fix this ongoing problem and give us the digital Pasatiempo on Fridays that we are paying for. Why do we have to wait a week to get the full version???

I think that everyone who has an online subscription should call in and ask for their money back. If you cannot access the digital edition to read the paper, why pay for it.
I myself am tired of looking at a revolving beach ball when I would like to read the news!
