New York bassist Earl Sauls visits Santa Fe for a Friday, March 28, gig with Brian Bennett, piano, and John Trentacosta, drums, at the Museum Hill Café (710 Camino Lejo). They begin at 7 p.m., but the doors open at 6 p.m. Sauls has made music with jazz stars including Stan Getz, Woody Herman, Howard McGhee, and Chuck Wayne. Sauls is a longtime musical collaborator of guitarist Joshua Breakstone. The two played the Museum Hill Café in May 2013 in a trio with Trentacosta.
