May 26, 1964: Taos — Felipe N. Trujillo, school superintendent in job-hungry Taos County, has come under fire for employment of his daughter on the payroll. Trujillo, as superintendent, draws $8,400 a year, while his daughter, on the payroll as a clerk-typist, draws $3,350 a year. Trujillo has been a teacher and school administrator for the past 26 years. His present post is elective.
