June 18, 1914: Santa Fe is hard up against the proposition of securing a big tourist hotel for this city. Santa Fe is hard up against the position of increasing her hotel accommodations or suspending her campaign for 15,000 tourist visitors in 1914 and 20,000 in 1915. If Santa Fe is going ahead with the propaganda to make Santa Fe the greatest tourist city and recreation spot in America, she will have to have a hotel.
