The Democratic donkey in New Mexico may be feeling a little like Eeyore, judging from the grumbling on the blue end of the political spectrum in the wake of Gary King taking the party primary.

    You might want to read Terrell's recent column. Martinez has a much better campaign staff than does King. She hires people smarter and more competent than her. King doesn't. Nuff said.

    If King were honest and competent, I'd vote for him in minute. But he's neither and a good Democrat has to vote against him I voted against Denish also. Until the Democrats reform . . .
