Funny headline Will. Now why would anyone in Santa Fe want to support the Fuego? When a local, visitor, or recently re-located to Santa Fe baseball fan reads your articles, really, why would they? You've been crapping on the Santa Fe Fuego since the get go. Your first article, before the first pitch was thrown, you called out these gentlemen as a "bunch of guys who don't want a real job" and you're still leading your articles with jabs like "the bottom rung of independent baseball’s ladder." You're public dumping on these teams over it's short life, I'd say, has had an adverse affect on the attendance. Some people I've talked to, without ever coming out, carry a tone similar to yours, it's not REAL baseball. The first thing out of some of these people I've spoken with, who are enjoying their first or second time out to see them, is, "Wow, I didn't realize they were that good."
I guess, until it's time to cover any type of sports for St. Mikes, you need to feed your kids huh?
