Two of the five "rightist" Supremes (three by Bushes Sr. & Jr.) were put there by St. Reagan. So, to be fair, he gets some of the blame posthumously.

Loyal Democrats, whose moral compass knows no north and merely follows The Holy O as He casually breaks wind and blows holes in the Constitution, show no confusion, concern, or critical thought for Obama's pattern of intimidating pesky journalists by legal harassment. The increasing reach of the Police State grows larger and tighter with the frothy support of the ethics-free and spineless Democratic Party.

Clearly, the rightist [John] Roberts-led Supreme Court is responsible for forcing President Obama to aggressively target whistle-blowers. Either that or it's Bush's fault.

From the June 3 "Democracy Now", Amy Goodman; "The Obama administration must now decide if it will force Risen’s testimony and risk sending one of the nations most prominent national security journalists to jail. President Obama has already developed a reputation as the most aggressive in history when it comes to targeting whistleblowers. Obama’s Justice Department has brought eight cases so far, more than all previous administrations combined."

Thank you Roger Carasso for your letter. I've pasted a link above, but have had limited success here at the SFNM website posting a working link. Anyone interested can of course find the site and checkout the segment.
