Linda Chavez of Santa Fe has the same name as a Fox News commentator and conservative syndicated columnist, and her letter published in the July 7 issue of The New Mexican certainly reads like they share viewpoints, too (“Wise court decision protects freedom”).

I have the same response as Justice John Paul Stevens: “It might also be added that corporations have no consciences, no beliefs, no feelings, no thoughts, no desires … they are not themselves members of ‘We the People’ by whom and for whom our Constitution was established.”
