The Senate may finally move to confirm Hanna Skandera, the governor’s designee as New Mexico’s top education official, in the upcoming legislative session in January — nearly three years after she was appointed to the post.

Republican Gov. Susana Martinez appointed Skandera as education secretary in late 2010. The Senate Rules Committee, which confirms the governor’s cabinet secretaries, did not give Skandera a hearing in either 2011 or 2012.

Since March huh? Don't be so hard on A.G. King. Isn't he still working on the Jerome Block thing? Oh, and the fumes from redacting so much of the Public Consulting Group audit, had to take it's toll on those brain cells.
