You do understand that Obamacare requires that payments to Medicaid providers be suspended immediately when they are being investigated for possible criminal malfeasance and fraud?

Being one of those "Gifted Professionals" who refuses to work for an agency put in place through the corruption of the Martinez administration I would like to say that I feel when a governor decides that the constitution is no longer valid then it's time for a new governor. Due process of law is guaranteed every American citizen under the constitution as is the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Neither of these rights were or are being applied in this situation and unfortunately the ones who are suffering are our most vulnerable people.
I hear stories of rehabilitation programs that have basically turned into adult day cares with no classes, curriculum or structure. I hear stories of people being denied services because they have no insurance which never happened under the previous agencies. I hear these stories from reliable sources not as part of a smear campaign. I hear about and see the increased severity and frequency of symptoms in the people I used to provide services to. Governor Martinez Do you even care about the welfare of these people who are suffering? Do you even care about the workers that have been displaced? Do you even care about the people whose lives have been destroyed by these actions? Do you even care that New Mexico is a part of the US and bound by it's constitution. By your actions I would say apparently not!
