Mayoral candidate Javier Gonzales will have the backing of another political action committee in the March 4 municipal election.

The Santa Fe Working Families PAC filed a statement of organization with the City Clerk’s Office earlier this week, stating it would be supporting candidates endorsed by the local chapter of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees.

Gregorio Ambrosini aka Miguel Gabaldon, you have identified yourself in this forum as a representative of the Patti Bushee campaign. You have accused another candidate of leading a hugh corrupt machine that you state people have been" dying with for too long". Are we safe in assuming that you speak for the Bushee campaign and she is openly accusing Mr. Gonzales of being corrupt? Daniel Chacon you should probably look into this , seems to be more of an issue then business cards. When can we expect to hear that you have contacted the Bushee campaign over Mr. Gabaldons' accusation for a comment?

You're correct about that. Javier represents one huge corrupt machine. The same one we've all been living, and dying with for far too long.

Hi, my name is Miguel Gabaldon. I'm working with Patti Bushee campaign for Santa Fe's Mayor. It's a non-partisan municipal election. The campaign offers opportunities to intern with our campaign, while learning about local political and municipal issues. Volunteers and interns will learn about grassroots community organizing. Our campaign is focused on Patti's long record of excellence focusing on water security and sustainability issues, jobs and economic development for Santa Fe. While focusing on human rights, animal rights, education and quality of life concerns. Interested individuals can contact me at MiguelGabaldon44@gmail.com or contact us on the Join Patti page of our website http://pattibushee.com/join-patti/ Thanks for your consideration

exactly, Roman "kitten" Abeyta is going to be CM if Javier wins and some of that cash in the brown paper bag came from AFSCME aka Coss!

"I believe Patti has been promised something just like in the Fat Bill days."

I think the same thing happened to Roman "Tiger" Abeyta. He sure seemed like he was willing to duke it out with Javier, and then suddenly he has a change of heart, drops out, and endorses his most contentious rival. Seems fishy to me. I assume a brown paper bag full of AFL-CIO or IATSE cash was passed to Tiger under the table, or maybe the promise of a cushy position in the municipal government.

I only wish I could destroy my mushy brain enough to forget Patti and her heartless history as a Councilor and I never said or cared about Patti differing with Coss but since you asked ...How is Patti different from Coss in policy or ideology? What I think of Patti and Javier is that Bushee is actually in on the Gonzales election charade and that all this stuff about issues being so important is smoke and mirrors. I believe Patti has been promised something just like in the Fat Bill days.

I agree with Dimas that the PACS undermine public financing. And what aobut Jon Hendry who went from the Progressive NM PAC to Gonzales' campaign? Oh, and Hendry just happened to be Coss's good friend who should be treated nicely by the airport mgr even though Hendry hasn't paid the rent at the airport restaurant. My bet is that this new PAC is another Simon/Oppenheimer vehicle so they can remain the puppeteers and drive business into the ground.
And, no Cove, I do not agree with you. In fact you sound like your brain has gone to mush. You are also wrong about Bushee constantly voting with Coss. Get your facts straight and leave out the mindless rhetoric.

Does anyone ever feel as I do that people like Jim Harrington are sucking the life right out of our Democracy. This very numb and dumb "progressive" direction that has been forced on Santa Fe is really a weak excuse for people who are afraid of their own shadow?

I hate the people who hide in the Church of liberal cowardice. The soft white rich mush that supports oppression with insider influence-selling in the guise of a moral superiority. For Christ sake, at least vote No on the Charter questions.
