The National Weather Service in Albuquerque reports that while the city of Santa Fe may not receive much — if any — snow Sunday and Monday, the mountain regions in the northern part of the state will be under storm advisory conditions through Monday morning.

Santa Fe Airport reported light rain as early as 6 p.m., and Santa Fe could see more rain and hail later Sunday evening and into Monday morning. If there is any snow hitting Santa Fe streets, weather service spokesman Clay Anderson said it will “probably be more of a nuisance or distraction” rather than a hindrance come Monday morning.
