FARMINGTON — New Mexico prosecutors have decided that a federal law enforcement officer’s fatal shooting of a 26-year-old man in Farmington was reasonable.
The District Attorney’s Office for San Juan County made the determination that deadly force was necessary in the March 12 fatal shooting of John Marszalek II by Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Spencer.
