State Police it is now a month since Jeanette Anaya’s death. IT IS TIME TO RELEASE THE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS INVESTIGATION! 1. Release the police vehicle’s dashboard video. 2. Release information about why Officer Wilson did not identify the reason he was in pursuit when he spoke w/ dispatch and called for back up. 3. Release the toxicology results and the autopsy results of Jeanette Anaya. 4. Release any toxicology tests of Officer Wilson. 5. Release any information about findings of drug or alcohol in Ms. Anaya’s vehicle ( I suspect if there were any, you would have released it already). 6. Release information and statements from Jeanette Anaya’s passenger, he would know why Jeanette was afraid and fled from Officer Wilson. 7. Release any information about prior contact Officer Wilson had with Jeanette Anaya. 8. Release information about Officer Wilson’s prior incidents of violence and complaints from citizens regarding this officer. 9. Release the finding from the onsite investigators following this incident. The street was blocked for nearly 2 days after the incident, certainly the investigators have a great deal of information. 10. Release exact description and statements from Officer Wilson about what constituted “erratic driving” that prompted him to first make contact w/ Ms. Anaya’s vehicle at St. Francis and Alta Vista street. It is time to step up State Police and come clean about what really happened that night. You owe it to the citizens of Santa Fe and New Mexico to be forthcoming, truthful

Having met Jeanette on several occasions socially (a friend of a friend) I must say that she was not one to hurt a person, she would never try to run someone over. Officer Wilson over reacted I am sure. I believe she was fearful; as reading the directions she was driving and based upon she once telling me where some family lived I think initially she was trying to get to a safe place. After last year's easter accident on Sirango about 4 blocks away from Jeanette's maybe some decisions need to be made about Sirango and this making someone wreck. RIP Jeanette and God bless your family.

But what must be on a sad note for ya, Del City Police Capt. Randy Trent Harrison shot Dane Scott Jr. in the back on March 14, 2012, AND sniff sniff will ACTUALLY do time.
An Oklahoma jury Tuesday convicted the veteran police captain of first-degree manslaughter in the death of an unarmed teenager.
Probably a first in the State of Oklahoma.

Hey there Sheriff Grimler, as opposed to your sheeply sensitive hatred.

Speaking of sensitive hatred, two of your ilk will finally face (though they will probably be put on probation) cop justice in the murder of Kelly Thomas, (former) Fullerton Police officer Manual Ramos and Cpl. Jay Cinielli. You must be proud.

Mr. Ordonez, your attempt at snark only came across as insensitive hatred.

"I doubt that any cop goes to work and wants to hurt someone."

The real question is How are people raising their kids? What happened to taking responsibility for your actions? I've been stopped by cops quite a few times and they have all been professional. I did wrong and I got caught. I didn't run and I didn't place anyone else's safety at risk. It's time people start looking in the mirror and asking themselves, DID I DO SOMETHING TO GET THE COPS TO COME AFTER ME? Obey the law and you won't get stopped or arrested.

This is a terrible incident that occurred. The question is right WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? If she had only stopped, she would still be alive. But instead she runs from the cops. I doubt that any cop goes to work and wants to hurt someone. The only reason cops chase people is because they run.

I took it upon myself as a member of the surrounding community to go to this woman's funeral memorial at St. Anne's Church even though I didn't even know her myself but felt what happen to her could happen to any of us. And wanted my prayers to go out to her grief stricken family. The question on everyone present face including mine was WHY THIS HAPPENED and could it have been prevented. I am hoping that the now on-going investigation provides some answers but it certainly will not bring back a beautiful young woman who was merely supposedly "driving erratically" at apox.
1:00 am on her way home and lost her life. May she rest in Peace.

REALLY? Who is training these officers that are supposed to serve and protect? Sounds like a bunch of slap happy fools carrying guns. My daughter is in her 30's. I can't imagine what this girl's family is going through. I agree, cover up. How long is it gonna go on? It scares the crap outta me to think I might get pulled over. I'm sure there are some officers out there who really do wanna serve and protect but just one slap happy fool can change our lives forever. My cousin was killed by a few of these guys. He was a beautiful person, and gone too soon.

I was awoken by the sound of 12 gunshots that night (maybe more). I counted them as they were fired. Clearly other people counted different numbers of gunshots. Regardless, it sounded to me that this was not a policeman in control. The person firing the gun sounded like someone reacting hysterically and seriously out of control. Did this officer need to empty the entire clip into the crashed car to protect himself or was he an out of control predator, juiced by the chase? I wonder, if the vehicle was disabled and less than 2 feet away from the wall it crashed into ( I saw this the next morning with my own eyes) how could the driver who is now dead, been backing up aggressively towards the police officer? Why were all the windows of the vehicle in the back and drivers side and windshield shot out? It looked like the police officer circled the vehicle shooting. Like all of our neighborhood, the family of Jeanette Anaya, and the city of Santa Fe, I anxiously await answers.

So no toxicology reports yet? Was she drunk, on drugs, in a hurry due to an emergency, what? I smell a cover up taking place right about now and we need facts quickly before they are swept under the rug! And what say’s he the passenger or is he on lock down and getting fed the 4th degree before he is served up to the public?
