The 1998 cream-colored Jaguar has been sitting in the city’s impound lot for close to two years, ever since it was seized from a driver who was convicted on his sixth DWI offense.

The paint is mostly unblemished, what appears to be leather seating is mostly intact, and the pouncing-jaguar hood ornament is still affixed.

    After clicking "here", or there, look for a tab that says "Download PDF".
    Worked for me, though the description only includes year, body type, and color.

    Umm, no. The link, "A full list of available vehicles can be found at here", does not take you there, wherever "at here", is.
