If they found 32 pounds of pot in his house back in February, why was he still out of jail, free, and selling oxycodone? Well, regardless, he's now on the hook for federal crimes, and I think Mr. Nassar is going to find that the feds won't let him off easy.

Personally I've wondered for some time how many "shops" in Santa Fe might be being used as fronts for drug smuggling/selling and money laundering?? Too many little businesses popping up all over town - many run by immigrants - many just seem suspicious.

Federal Court. Couldn't be better. If it was a local court, they'd get the standard slap on the hand and be sent on their way. Lock the losers up for a very long time.

'we want it nice and beautiful'...if that isn't a New Mexico Trueism, I don't know what is.

It was the happiest store in town. Always had cookies and milk on the counter too. No wonder everyone was always giggling on the way out.
