William “Kal” Kalinowski, a former Santa Fe home builder wanted on 10 criminal counts of embezzlement and fraud, was being held Wednesday in the Plymouth County Correctional Facility in Massachusetts, a jail spokesperson said.

Karen Barry said officers from the Duxbury Police Department brought Kalinoski to the jail sometime Tuesday. The Patriot Ledger reported that Kalinowski was arrested in Duxbury, a coastal town of about 15,000 south of Boston, on a fugitive from justice charge. The newspaper said he would waive extradition.
