A Santa Fe man arrested in February and accused of biting off part of his ex-girlfriend’s toe was arrested again Monday after reportedly stalking her in Albuquerque and trying to cut off her big toe.

Daniel Anaya, 27, is back in the Santa Fe County jail, this time in lieu of a $100,000 cash-only bond, on charges of kidnapping, aggravated battery, assault with intent to commit a felony, aggravated burglary and aggravated stalking.

The reporter failed to mention the Imelda Marcos sized collection of Dillard's shoes found in his storage unit.

How'd you like that guy fitting your shoes on at the store?

Madam, may I lick your toe?

What's wrong with this story? She let him in and he bit her "Again"? How many times does she need to get assaulted to loose the looser? Even Biden would tell her to "Get a Shotgun", and when she's done she could sell it in the next gun buyback [beam]

He's a psycho and needs to be locked up for as long as it takes to get him to stop torturing this woman.

Let's just be glad this guy was a shoe salesman and not a hat salesman.

I would suggest some part of his body be amputated, and not his toe.

This dude is not right in the head. And I read so many times of restraining orders, which end up not working and the victim is hurt or killed.

Not to excuse Anaya's behavior, but it would appear that the victim is not being proactive in her own (and children's) safety.

November incident was not reported. No charges made.
There is no restraining order in place.
She failed to appear in court for Feb. incident 2 weeks ago:

3/19 Dismissed, Witness or Prosecutor Failed to Appear
    3/21 Dismissal filed by ADA

Is this battered women's syndrome at its finest, or is someone a few bricks shy of a full load, soon to be a few digits shy of a foot?
