ALBUQUERQUE — A former New Mexico official has taken a government affairs job with a communications company despite agreeing not to lobby state government for two years after leaving her state job.
The Albuquerque Journal (http://bit.ly/1eFRO0Q ) reports Katherine Martinez was appointed by the Gov. Susana Martinez in 2012 as director of the Construction Industries Division. She recently left for a job at CenturyLink. She’s not related to the governor.
