Police to refile case against squatter

The Santa Fe Police Department will refile a criminal complaint against a man who admitted he recently broke into a vacant rental home on Upper Canyon Road, after a Santa Fe County magistrate dismissed charges Wednesday for a lack of probable cause.

But Moses Gold, 44, said Thursday that he was unlikely to return to Magistrate Court to face the charges.
