Claiming she was fired for being a whistle-blower, former Santa Fe Community College president Ana “Cha” Guzmán has filed a request for arbitration to reclaim her job and back pay.

Guzmán, who was fired in early December on a 3-2 vote by the college’s Governing Board, which claimed it had “just cause” for the action, filed her request Monday with the American Arbitration Association, according to her attorneys.

Whenever Auditor Balderas is contacted, I expect the smoke to lead to fire. He is an "equal-opportunity" investigator who is feared by crooks in both NM political parties.
