According to Box Office Mojo, Seth MacFarlane’s A Million Ways to Die in the West opened this past weekend to dismissal numbers and a slew of death based puns.

The New Mexico-filmed oater earned about $17.5 million and came in third place behind Maleficent’s $70 million and X-Men: Days of Future Past’s $32.6 million. Those numbers are even more depressing given that X-Men is in its second weekend. Overseas, the film snagged about $10 million. The flick stars MacFarlane, Charlize Theron, and former New Mexican Neil Patrick Harris, and you can catch a trailer here, but be aware of lewd and violent content.

I figure justice was prevalent in the west, that is why this turd could be shinned no more. After MacFarlane took a giant dump on Santa Fe, In a recent interview with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show, MacFarlane slammed Santa Fe saying there is nothing to do here except for meth.
It was justice that buried this stench of a movie six feet under.
