More bad news for New Mexico teachers — or maybe the state

National Council on Teacher Quality gives New Mexico's teachers a D+ - hardly good news given all the grief many teachers feel about fast-moving changes, a new teacher-evaluation system, implementing the Common Core Standards, etc.

At 9 am Saturday (Feb. 1st) New Mexico educators are poised to descend on our state capitol to tell legislators how they feel.
