The closing of Coldwater Creek, 123 W. San Francisco St., near the Plaza offers a glimpse of what the retail rental market looks like for the downtown area.

The clothing and specialty store chain, founded in Sandpoint, Idaho, filed for bankruptcy in April and leases for hundreds of its stores are being offered for sale by Keen Realty Advisers, ww.greatamerican.com/KEEN.
