A relatively new category at the 62nd annual Traditional Spanish Market allows artists to “push the envelope” with a more innovative approach to their art.
The 2013 event will offer market-goers a chance to see 32 artists’ entries in the Innovations Within Tradition category, a classification that made its debut in 2011. Conceived of and implemented by the artists themselves, the category has drawn more entrants each year.
