    These are all good tactics to use to help get to sleep but it's really the same 'ol stuff you'll find on a hundred reports on sleep. Why is there not more emphasis on natural techniques that do not suggest drugs, machines, or high priced sleep therapy? I found my solution, which has re-taught my body how to get back to sleep when I wake up at 3am, which brought my attention to this article. I just think there should be more exposure made by the media toward actual "solutions" that are working for people beyond suggesting people "have a routine" and "don't drink caffeine before bed."
