I have twin girls and I have been through a lice nightmare with them. I swear by ClearLice. It's has natural ingredients, so lice cannot build up a resistance to it. They also have repellent products, to protect your kids from lice infested friends or class mates. I have been using this on them for years now and I haven't had any issues...they have been lice free.
