The week's best travel bargains around the globe:

The Blue, a new 240-suite property in Doral, Fla., just west of Miami, is offering Sneak-a-Peek rates for stays through Jan. 18. The introductory price starts at $189 (plus 13 percent tax) per night and applies to standard suites and one-bedroom units; regular rate is $245 per night for suites and $280 for one-bedrooms. Qantas is offering sale fares from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Sydney or Brisbane, Australia, to celebrate the launch of its Airbus A380 service.
