    at NMPAs

    The New Mexican and its staff members took a number of top prizes Saturday at the 2011-12 Better Newspaper Contest of the New Mexico Press Association and New Mexico Associated Press Managing Editors. While the newspaper's reporters, photographers and advertising personnel earned honors for individual achievements, the newspaper also received the prestigious General Excellence Award in its division.
