Looking for a new band to listen to? Tired of the same slow love songs? Want to listen to feel good music that makes you want to roll down the window and blast the speakers? Pick up the latest from We the Kings.

This self-titled album is a refreshing twist on roll-down-the-window-and-turn-up-the-volume type of music. It's the kind of music you want to hear at a dance. We the Kings grab the attention of their listeners with its upbeat music and long songs that remind you how great is to be in love.

Although this album came out October 2008, the lyrics to many of the songs can be an anthem for summer loving with lyrics from songs like "Check Yes Juliet."

We the Kings is a band from Bradenton, Fla., to which they dedicate the song "This is Our Town." They were signed on to S-curve Records after releasing three independently released records:Ivy, Friendship is a Touchy Subject and Between the Ink and the Paper.

This is definitely the album for anyone who wants to start the summer with good music that encourages summer love or helps you remember how good a summer love feels.
