New Deal Architecture at Coronado State Monument: Talk, Tour, and Exhibit
Kuaua Pueblo, located within the monument's borders, was excavated by WPA workers. The visitor center is a New Deal project designed by John Gaw Meem. Talks by Meem expert Luis "G.L." Castillo, Dick Van Hart (a CCC member), and Richard Melzer, author of Coming of Age in the Great Depression: The Civilian Conservation Corps in New Mexico; talks at 2 p.m. May 18; Sandoval County Historical Society (adjacent to the monument), followed by tour, Coronado State Monument

75 Years of the New Deal in New Mexico: Lecture and Outdoor Sunset Tour

The Lodge, the Ditch, and the Scoutmaster: Lecture
