Infrastructure Costs

Cost of visitor center (15,200 square feet): $4 million
Total road, building and parking lot cost: $53 million

Revenues

Year 1: $3.1 million
Year 6: $9.5 million

Revenues sources

• Expanding existing programs (hike, bike, van tours, equestrian)
• Visitor center and gift shop
• Education center (32,500 square feet)
• Midlevel lodge
• Luxury Hunting lodge
• Camping (110 units)
• Wildlife tent camps (12 units)
• Cabin rentals (nine existing)
• Green burial service

ALTERNATIVE 2

Infrastructure costs

Cost of visitor center (7,600 square feet): $1.5 million
Total road, building and parking lot costs: $21 million

Revenues

Year 1: $3.2 million
Year 6: $7.5 million

Revenue sources

• Expanding existing programs (hike, bike, van tours, equestrian)
• Visitor center
• Education center (32,500 square feet)
• Camping (60 units)
• Wildlife Tent Camps (12 units)
• Cabin rentals (nine existing)
• Green burial service
