September 2001: Pool manager reports problems with dehumidifiers.
May 2002: Contractor Bradbury Stamm is advised of continued problems with condensation.
August 2002: City accepts contractor's proposal to install two rooftop exhaust fans to remedy problems.
October 2002: City asks architect Ed Mazria to address continued problems.
April 2003: City notifies Mazria and Bradbury Stamm that both are expected to share the expense of installing a third exhaust fan to remedy condensation problems. Mazria faults contractor for "breaches in the vapor barrier."
May 2003: City again notifies Bradbury Stamm about problems left unsolved.
June 19, 2003: City reaches a settlement with project engineers P2RS and Mazria that releases them from further claims.
June 23, 2003: Bradbury Stamm denies responsibility of "operational and design" issues.
February 2004: City asks Kovach Roofing to repair leaks in the community room.
Oct. 29, 2009: City informs Kovach of more leaks and seeks repairs.
Oct. 30 2009: City notifies Ex-El Co. Inc. that it is being held responsible for the "chronic roof leaks."
Nov. 18, 2009: City writes Ex-El Co. Inc.; claims acrylic coating was never applied and gravel ballast was not installed to specifications. Ex-El denies allegations.
Dec. 31, 2009: City notifies Bradbury Stamm that "upon review of the project files and as a result of findings made by independent consultants it is evident that the vapor barrier is breached or has been omitted."
Jan. 7, 2010: City demands Bradbury Stamm, Ex-El Co. Inc. and Kovach come up with plans to repair the roof by Friday or face possible litigation.
Jan. 10, 2010: City issues a news release indicating mechanical systems have been repaired and leaks have stopped.
