Guadalupe St. Cited for high-risk violations for employees consuming food in food-prep areas, ware-wash sink directly connected to drainage system and use of non-EPA-registered bleach. Cited for moderate-level violations for improper sanitizing and failure to monitor food temperatures. Cited for low-risk violations for an opening in the ceiling above the ice machine and ware wash sink, items stored on floor of walk-in cooler and freezer, and no hair restraint in use. Some violations were corrected during inspection.
NEW DELHI GRILL, 52 Old Las Vegas Highway. Cited for high-risk violations for improper storage of ice scoop, using cloth towels for hand drying and storing toxic materials next to utensils. Cited for moderate-risk violations for difficult-to-clean foam padding on buffet table, no sanitizer test strips, storing first-aid kit with utensils and containers. Cited for low-risk violations for storing mop and bucket in kitchen, unprotected lights above buffet food items, disposable utensils subject to contamination, and failure to have a self-closing door on employee restroom.
