Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society: Emo, a beautiful 2-year-old Dalmatian, happens to be deaf. He's a loving dog looking forward to finding his forever home. Tasha, a stunning 6-year-old calico, loves to be the center of attention. She will make a loving companion.

These and other animals are available for adoption from the shelter at 100 Caja del Rio Road. The shelter's hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Felines & Friends: Blu and his brother Paz, both about 8 months old, are sweet and playful and hope to find a home together. Blu, a handsome Oriental shorthair, has flame-point markings. Paz, a handsome shorthair polydactyl, has classic gray tabby markings.
