The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• A would-be burglar apparently failed to get into the Jackalope store at 2820 Cerrillos Road late Thursday or early Friday despite throwing a brick through the back entrance.
• An unknown person in a white car Friday shot out the driver's side window of a vehicle at 4250 Cerrillos Road. It was the second similar incident in a couple of hours.
• A purse and a $400 pair of Prada eyeglasses were stolen late Thursday or early Friday from a 2009 Toyota Camry parked in the 2000 block of Agua Fría Street. A rear door window was broken to gain entry.
• A purse was stolen Friday from a vehicle parked outside the La Farge Library at 1730 Llano Street.
• A bicyclist reported being fired upon with a handgun or pellet gun about 5 p.m. Friday near Zia Road and Yucca Street. There were no indications in the police report that the cyclist was hit.
• Police were investigating a report that a man was shot at about 6:50 p.m. Friday at 4201 Rodeo Road. He apparently was not hit.
• A Mexican Consulate card and a passport were reported stolen between 5:40 and 6:40 p.m. Friday from a car parked outside China Star restaurant, 3795 Cerrillos Road. A passenger side window was broken to gain entry.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• Corey Ganzales, 22, no address given, was arrested on disorderly conduct charges Saturday when he was confronted by a sheriff's deputy after banging and kicking on a door at a residence on Silver Rock Mesa.
• Electronic equipment valued at $800 was stolen early Saturday from a residence on Valle Duran. A rear window of the residence had been broken.
• Patrick Cody Leel, 18, no address given, was arrested Saturday on charges of battery against a household member after a physical altercation at a residence on Jemez Road.
• A resident on N.M. 76 was robbed at gunpoint at his home Friday. He told deputies that when he answered his door a man pointed a gun at him, demanded his money and shoved him against a wall. The robber escaped with $200, a sheriff's report indicated. The thief was described as 6-foot-1 to 6-foot-2 with light skin, dark hair and a thin build.
DWI arrests
• Fernando Fonseca, 27, no address given, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of DWI after a traffic stop on Rodeo Road.
• Victoria A. Epana was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated DWI after a traffic stop on Rodeo Road for failure to maintain her lane of traffic.
• Jose Almeida, 46, no address given, was arrested Friday on suspicion of DWI after a vehicle crash on South Fork.
