The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
George H. Self, 46, 804 Alarid St., was arrested Saturday on a Santa Fe Municipal Court warrant on charges of failure to comply with conditions of probation. He was transferred and booked into the Santa Fe County jail on a $500 cash-only bond.
Richard Todd Eastman, 40, 804 Alarid St., was arrested Saturday on a Santa Fe Municipal Court warrant charging failure to comply with conditions of probation. He was transferred and booked into the Santa Fe County jail on a $500 cash-only bond.
A resident of the 2700 block of Alamosa Drive reported someone shot at his vehicle with a .40 caliber firearm when the car was parked in front of his residence Sunday between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. The alleged gunman left bullet holes in the car's windows and doors.
A resident of the 1300 block of Mace Road reported his ex-girlfriend slashed three of his tires and threatened his friend with a knife on Saturday around 2 a.m.
A home in the 3500 block of Rufina Drive was broken into Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. but no items were reported stolen.
Jon Arrellano, no age given, 922 S. Pacific in Las Vegas, N.M., was arrested Sunday on Rodeo Road after he was pulled over for speeding and a routine police check found Arrellano's license was suspended and revoked. Arrellano was arrested and transported to the adult detention center.
A resident of the 400 block of W. San Francisco St. reported a man on a bicycle took two power tools and a black case from the back of a truck Saturday around 8:15 a.m. The man rode off with the tools south on Guadalupe Street.
A man reported a microwave stolen on Wednesday or Thursday from Syndicate Hair Studio on Water Street. No suspects were reported.
Justina Martinez, no age given, 924 Rio Augusto, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Monday on charges of concealing identity and disorderly conduct.
Derek Billie, no age given, 4665 Westview Terrace, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Sunday on charges of indecent exposure for allegedly urinating in the parking lot at Denny's Restaurant.
A resident of the 200 block of Camino de la Merced reported someone smashed a car door window out Sunday about 10:30 a.m. and stole a concealed purse and its contents.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
Deputies investigated a call from a driver on Agua Fría St. on Sunday who said he was being chased by an unknown vehicle and an unknown person was shooting at him and his passengers. Officers intercepted the caller and the closest vehicle behind, but could find no evidence of shots fired, bullet casings or a firearm.
A resident off Camino Escondido in Rio Chiquito reported someone broke into his home between Sept. 2 and Sept. 6 and took a Vizio 32-inch flat panel television/DVD player.
A Pojoaque resident reported his vehicle was stolen from Huerfana Lane between 8 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday.
A man reported his daughter had been beaten up and robbed of $300 by another woman at a party off Old Las Vegas Highway on Saturday. The daughter refused to give police any information.
DWI arrests
Samuel Maldonado, 37, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after police stopped him for speeding on Interstate 25 and smelled alcohol. Maldonado failed field sobriety tests and refused to take a breath test. Maldonado was transported and booked at the adult detention center.
Ruben Lovato, 66, was arrested Saturday on N.M. 14 on a charge of DWI after he was stopped for failing to stay in his lane and an officer smelled alcohol on his breath. Lovato had a .03 and .02 breath-alcohol content. Lovato was booked into the adult detention center.
Jesus Martinez-Flores, 20, was arrested Saturday on charges of DWI and possession of a controlled substance after officers stopped him on Agua Fría Road for failing to stay in his traffic lane. Martinez-Flores failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. Deputies inventoried his car and found suspected cocaine folded in a dollar bill. Martinez-Flores was booked at the adult detention center.
